Q.Can I order my Bed or Mattress online
A. We do not offer an online ordering sysem as we prefer to discuss your requirements personally to ensure that you are supplied the product to best suit your needs in specification, quality and budget.
Q. How can I best ensure that I will be happy with my purchase
A. The very best solution is to visit one of our three warehouses and check out the actual products thoroughly and then make a decision based on how your body feels on the various beds aided by professional unbiased advice from our site experts. This is a service you will not enjoy from the average web site advertisers
Q. How long does it take to get my Bed or Mattress delivered?
A. Stock items will often be delivered in 48 hours in the Greater London or Essex areas, goods requiring ordering will take between 2 to 3 weeks.
Q. How do I pay for my new Bed or Mattress?
A. You can either pay in full with most credit or debit cards, or we will deliver on a 25% debit or credit card deposit with the balance in cash or building society cheque collected at the time of delivery.
Q. Can you take away my old bed?
A. We can remove your previously dismantled old wooden or divan beds. There will be a small charge to cover the disposal costs.
Q. What are your warehouse opening times
A. Monday - Saturday 9am - 5.00pm, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10-4pm ( Except
Stratford who close on Sundays )
